By accessing or using On Q Analytics ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

On Q Analytics provides sports betting analytics, including but not limited to:

  • Player prop analysis and scoring
  • Historical hit rate calculations
  • Defensive matchup rankings
  • Odds comparison from various sportsbooks

We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling. We provide informational and analytical tools only.

3. Disclaimer & No Guarantee

The information provided by On Q Analytics is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Service.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Our "Prop Score" and other metrics are proprietary calculations and should not be interpreted as predictions or guarantees.

You acknowledge that any reliance on information from the Service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from sports betting or gambling activities.

4. Responsible Gambling

If you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly. Gambling can be addictive. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, resources are available:

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this Service in connection with any gambling activities.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscription & Payments

The Service offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • Provide valid payment information

Free Trial: New users may receive a free trial period. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by On Q Analytics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our proprietary algorithms, including the "Prop Score" calculation methodology, are trade secrets and may not be reverse-engineered, copied, or reproduced.

8. Third-Party Data & Services

The Service incorporates data from third-party sources, including:

  • Odds data from licensed providers
  • Player statistics from public sources
  • Injury information from publicly available reports

We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data. Sportsbook names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our display of odds is for informational comparison only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ON Q ANALYTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Gambling losses
  • Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless On Q Analytics, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
